I am editing, I swear!

THE KEEPERS OF THE EMERALD CAVE has been sent to a handful of trusted friends, and they have been sending me all kinds of observations and pointing out typos, which completely rocks. Of course, I am my own worst critic and so now my hard copy draft looks like a 2-year-old drew all over each page with a pen. But I am editing... really!

I am also working on the query letter for EMERALD CAVE. I really hate writing the query letter, but it's more like the process feels impossible, then I'll get a line right and I know it's right! At least for now... but eventually each word in the query will be right (most likely right about the time the line editing is done) and then I'll be ready to query -- when all of the literary agents go on December break.
